The dynamic pay section of eZworkforce Professional is more flexible than other systems and
calculated live (as events happen). It is possible to pay different rates for
any combination of Job Title, Activity, Region, Client/Company, Task and
Personnel References. You can therefore make pay as simple or complex as you require
and are not limited by the system. Each rate has an effective to and from date
allowing future and special rates to be created in advance easily. Personnel
belong to a Pay Group, linked to a schedule so multiple pay runs can be carried
out for the same period.

Pay adjustments, additions and deductions can be managed along with standard
pay. Holiday, Statutory Sick Pay, Bank Holiday, Overtime, Bonuses, Call Out Payments and more
can all be easily managed and implemented as required.
If a company has dispensation from HM Revenue and Customs, the pay manager will
carry out all the required calculations and check against parameters to ensure
compliance at every stage.
Interfacing seamlessly with Sage; you do not even have to create employees in
Sage, eZworkforce will do that for you prior to sending pay data to Sage with a
click of a button. eZworkforce Professional produces the pay slips for all employees with
every shift detailed and a full breakdown.
