Support We provide fast, courteous and experienced support via Email, Telephone, Remote Connection and even on site, dependant on the support contract required. The built in help system includes the ability to add your own help pages, procedural documents and even edit the original help files; ideal for achieving and maintaining ISO 9000. Maintenance eZworkforce Professional comes with its own SQL Manager, that allows users to backup, restore and create new eZworkforce databases. A powerful update engine combined with advanced script processing allows simple updating and even allows Working Pulse to send special code to users (upon Request) that they can run with a single mouse click to carry out specialist tasks/maintenance/batch updating of records. Training We offer training both on site and via remote support depending on your needs. We can even combine initial training with on-site support during the initial 'go live' period, if required
